Biography

My practice areas include Family Law, Wills and Trusts and Business Law, as well as of counsel representation for corporations. I represent individuals, families, and businesses in matters involving planning, governance, compliance, and the resolution of personal and financial issues.

My work is grounded in a multidisciplinary background spanning law, business, public administration, and policy. I have collaborated extensively with corporate leaders, governmental entities, and academic institutions, advising on regulatory, compliance, and organizational governance matters. This diverse experience enables me to approach legal issues with both analytical precision and strategic practicality.

In addition to my legal practice, I serve as an Associate Professor of Management at the Clark Atlanta University School of Business and have held academic leadership roles at institutions within the University System of Georgia. I have contributed to policy and legislative initiatives at the state level and continue to advise organizations on compliance and governance matters.

Earlier in my career, I spent three years in the National Football League—a foundation that continues to shape my disciplined, preparation-driven approach to professional practice.
